Farmer
Boys has
been a Downtown landmark for the finest fast casual food
for years. The difference between Farmer Boys as opposed to other fast casual restaurants is five very important things: quality ingredients, excellent preparation, an exceptionally clean environment, management with a focus
on customer satisfaction, and finally, wonderful prices. Personally I would also add the portions are generous and you’re not going home hungry. At a time when budgets are
tight and food costs are soaring, Farmer Boys offers a delicious and affordable alternative to eating at home.
Farmer Boys menu is chock full of American family favorites, including
the now famous burger standard, the Farmer’s Burger®, or a Downtown LA favorite, the Patty Melt, like none other in LA.
Want Deli? How about a Reuben Burger with tender and thinly sliced Pastrami, a full 1/4 lb of a perfectly grilled beef patty, Provolone cheese, coleslaw,
pickles, lettuce and 1000 Island dressing all on a scrumptious onion roll. No trip to New York required! There is also a large
selection of fresh salads from which to choose.
For dinner my very favorite is the Wild Caught Pollock Fish & Chips.
I have spent a lot of time in England and these fish and chips remind me of the fish & chips I’d get at Brighton at the shore. The portion sizes
are more than generous and of course made with no-cholesterol oil, an added health benefit without sacrificing any of the
taste or extra crispness. A savory Beef Stew Bowl, served in a round loaf of La Brea Bakery sour dough bread
is a real winner, especially on these cool days in Los Angeles. They even have New England Clam Chowder, and savory homemade chili bowls too!
In the mood for a hefty
Farmer Boys breakfast? Well its served all day and night at Farmer Boys. 3 Egg specials with hashed brown potatoes or addbacon, ham
or sausage. In the mood for something sweet, well you are in for a big surprisewith their French Toast and hotcake Plates, now you can
get them with ripe strawberries too. The kids, or the kid in you will thank you all morning long. People on the go will enjoy
the delicious Breakfast Bowls to go. Yummy eggs with hash browns and or vegetables, you just can’t go wrong.
With Farmer Boys quality, great selections and above standard service why go anyplace else? -Don Noyes-More,
